1 General Terms & Applicability

Terms & Conditions 83ok These terms apply to the platform and all its services. By accessing the 83ok website, registering, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

83ok is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh and South Asia. This platform is for adults only (18 and above). Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall take precedence.
• All services, promotions, and offers provided by 83ok are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots, automation, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 83ok, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in account termination at any time. Only one account per person is permitted.

At registration, you will need to provide: your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification, particularly before large withdrawals.

• Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Each mobile number and email address may only be used for one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• 83ok may suspend any account for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on 83ok, make sure you have read the specific rules for that game or event. Bets are generally non-changeable and non-cancellable once placed. Odds can shift quickly during live betting, so always confirm the current odds before confirming your wager.

• If a cricket match is cancelled or shortened due to rain, the result will be determined by the DLS method.
• 83ok reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 83ok reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Instant deposits on 83ok are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 100 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 1,00,000. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. However, large withdrawals or a member's first withdrawal may take longer due to additional verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until the payment method has been verified.

• The payment method used for deposits must match the one used for withdrawals.
• 83ok follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until an investigation into suspicious transactions is completed.
• Any deposit fees are borne by the user; 83ok does not charge any additional fees.
• Withdrawal limits: minimum BDT 500, maximum BDT 5,00,000 per day.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers Policy

83ok bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each offer comes with wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

• A member may claim a bonus from any given promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Separate wagering requirements apply to winnings from free bets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

• Using insider information for match-fixing or to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members or staff.
• Filing false complaints or fraudulent chargeback claims.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

83ok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken due to rule violations, fraud, or security concerns. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

• If you voluntarily request to close your account, your deposited funds will be returned (excluding any bonuses).
• If your account is closed due to a rule violation, your deposited funds may be forfeited.
• To reactivate a closed account, please contact the support team.
• Opening a new account while self-exclusion is active is strictly prohibited.

9 Liability Limits

83ok is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service issues. 83ok also bears no responsibility if a betting session is disrupted due to an internet connection failure.

• 83ok's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
• 83ok will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• 83ok is not liable for issues arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.

10 Rule Changes & Updates

83ok may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered members will be notified by email before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Notice of rule changes will be given at least 7 days in advance (except in urgent situations).
